Flip Analyzer Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flip Analyzer Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flip Analyzer Pro is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides real estate deal analysis tools for wholesale, flip, and BRRRR investment strategies. The Service includes:

• Deal analysis calculators and financial modeling tools
• ARV estimation and comparable sales tracking
• Rehab cost estimation
• Exit strategy recommendation engine
• Deal storage and management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a free trial with 3 deal analyses. No credit card is required for the trial. After using all trial analyses, you must upgrade to continue using the Service.

4.2 Paid Subscription

The Pro plan costs $29/month and provides:

• Unlimited deal analyses
• Unlimited saved deals
• All features and updates
• Priority support

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

5.2 Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Contact support@flipanalyzerpro.com to request a refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flip Analyzer Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of deal analyses or financial calculations
• The Service is a tool to assist with analysis, not professional investment advice
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• We are not liable for any investment losses

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIP ANALYZER PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flip Analyzer Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data after 30 days
• You may request a data export before deletion
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
